Favourable monthly or yearly Rental programs, with or without Purchase Option are offered as an ideal way to test a student's commitment to the instrument and to allow them the time to learn enough to choose the proper instrument. When you're ready for the next step, we will be here to help.

Rental instruments pass a strict quality control inspection and are placed into the hands of our experienced violin makers for a 14-point setup and adjustment process, ensuring each instrument performs at its best.

Rental Terms & Conditions:

All instruments are inspected prior to rental, and warranted to be in top condition, to general educators' specifications. String instruments require regular maintenance, particularly in our severe climate. By following the “Remenyi Instrument Care Guide”, you can ensure that your instrument always performs at its best. The renter is required to maintain the instrument and return it in the same condition as it was rented, excepting effects of normal careful use.

An insurance policy is available against loss, breakage and accidental damage for a small additional charge ($100 deductible on violins, $200 deductible on cellos/basses).

PURCHASE OPTION: When purchasing any new or pre-owned instrument, the first 3 months rent will be applied in full. Thereafter; 50% of all subsequent rental payments for a maximum of 1 year will apply towards the purchase price.

Available Instruments: violins, violas, cellos, bases & electric violins

Minimum Rental Period: 3 Months

Payment Billing Period: 3 Months or 1 Year

Requirements: Driver's license (or equivalent) & credit card

Trade Up: If a child outgrows a rented instrument, exchange for the next size is free.
