“Steinway is the only piano on which the pianist can do everything he wants and everything he dreams…” VLADIMIR ASHKENAZY

Since 1853, Steinway pianos have set an uncompromising standard for sound, touch, beauty, and investment value. Handcrafting each Steinway requires over one full year – creating an instrument of rare quality and global renown. Not surprisingly, in the 2007 concert season, Steinway remains the choice of 94% of concert artists, and countless pianists, composers, and performers around the world.

BOSTON
The Steinway designed Boston Piano is unrivaled in its class and unmatched in value. It combines the highest musical standards with state-of-the-art technology to deliver a level of performance far superior to any instrument in its mid-price range. As the preferred piano of major Music Festivals, including Aspen, Tanglewood, Brevard, and Bowdoin, the Boston piano has received rave reviews from prestigious music publications, as well as performing artists, music conservatories and piano educators worldwide.

ESSEX
The Steinway-designed Essex piano incorporates the latest design specifications and engineering standards from Steinway & Sons. In keeping with Steinway's commitment to excellence, Steinway & Sons provides technical assistance for the production of Essex pianos, to insure that Essex pianos are made to the specifications established by Steinway. And every Essex instrument is inspected by a team of highly experienced Steinway & Sons trained technicians before it leaves the factory.

SEILER
Seiler was established in 1849 and remains, today, one of the world’s last fully family owned and managed piano factories. Experience the “transparent sound” that makes these instruments the favourite of demanding pianists all over the world. Superior value and exemplary West German workmanship.

SAUTER
Proving that piano making is a dynamic art, some of the most innovative, inspiring and exciting developments in piano making have recently come from this old piano firm. Under the stewardship of 4th generation piano maker Ulrich Sauter, the modern production facility is located in Spaichingen, near Munich.

IBACH
Established in 1794, Ibach ranks as the world’s oldest existing piano maker. Still in the original family’s hands, Ibach reached industry predominance by developing a tone that is rich, powerful and uniquely lyrical.

BENTLEY
We stand behind Bentley as one of the best entry-level pianos on the market. With many attractive cabinet styles and finishes, as well as acclaimed Conservatory Series models from vertical to semi-concert-grand size these pianos are ideal for teaching, institutional & school use. Several models feature European actions and components.

RESTORED CLASSICS
Whether for sentimental reasons or the love of exquisite cabinetry and craftsmanship, the choice of an older piano, properly reconditioned, is an alternative chosen by many piano purchasers.

Quality instruments have a very long life of musical service, and in the hands of expert piano technicians at our affiliate restoration centre, instruments are painstakingly repaired or rebuilt.
We present fine and rare instruments by renowned piano makers of the world, such as Ibach, Blüthner, Bechstein, Heintzman and, of course, Steinway. Many are in original “art case” designs featuring exotic wood veneers, carvings, inlays and gilding. Visit us in person for best selection.
