Ordering from RHM Online is easy! Browse our selection of products by selecting a category link. You can further refine the displayed products by selecting a product sub-category from the 'Refine Results' menu. If you are looking for a particular item, use our simple or advanced search engines to narrow your search. Place your order by adding items to your shopping cart, or saving them for future purchase. Please ensure that your browser is set to allow cookies before you begin shopping.

Product Selection

RHM Online is currently stocking thousands of items for sale. Please note that our product selection represents only a portion of what is available in our retail stores. If you can't find what you're in search of, we'd be happy to handle your inquiry through email or telephone.

Payment

Our checkout process is Comodo-secured 128-bit SSL, for the highest level of security of your personal information. We accept Visa & MasterCard. All orders shipped within Canada will be charged 5% GST/HST. Certain products shipped to addresses in Ontario may be 13% GST/HST-applicable.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Prices appearing on this website apply to RHM Online purchases only and will not be matched at any of our retail locations.

Order Fulfillment

Most in-stock orders are shipped by 4pm on the following business day. We do not charge your credit card until the order enters the shipping process. Orders containing out-of-stock items may take between 2-4 weeks to complete, as we receive many of our products from suppliers worldwide and occasionally experience re-stocking delays. Although we make every effort to ensure the information displayed on our product pages is accurate & up to date, we sometimes receive orders for items that have since become permanently unavailable. In such cases, you will be notified that an item has been cancelled & we may suggest an alternate product. Please note that the selection of products listed online may not be available in our retail locations.

Shipping

RHM Online can currently ship almost anywhere in the world. All orders are dispatched via standard ground service. Rush shipping is available for an additional $10 charge and can be selected at time of checkout. Package tracking information is available on our website within 6-12 hours of shipment and can be viewed by accessing Your Account. Shipping charges are calculated based on the merchandise total. We reserve the right to revise shipping charges based on country of destination.

Returns

We will accept product returns under the following conditions:

• Not all items are returnable (we are unable to accept returns on printed music & books).
• All returns must be pre-authorized by our shipping department.
• Products must be returned in original, re-saleable condition within 30 days of shipment.
• Product returns must be shipped pre-paid, accompaned by our invoice.
• Charges related to shipping & handling are not refundable, unless due to an error on our part.

Although we will make every effort to accomodate reasonable requests, we reserve the right to reject product returns that do not meet this policy. To obtain authorization for a return, please contact us at musicbooks@remenyi.com.

Privacy Policy

RHM Online values the business of its clients and has the utmost respect for our customers' privacy. As such, we have outlined the following policy:

1. Your personal information is kept in the strictest confidence. We do not sell, distribute or otherwise publish the information related to your account to any party.
2. We use information you provide about yourself only to complete any orders you may have.
