Learn how to incorporate basic jazz concepts into your lessons in a fun and non-intimidating way - no experience required!

Eric Baumgartner holds a bachelor of music degree from Boston’s Berklee College of Music and a master’s degree in jazz studies from Chicago’s DePaul University. While in Chicago, he studied jazz with Larry Novak and Alan Swain and taught at the prestigious Swain Studios.  His many published piano works include the jazz exercise series Jazzabilities. He also creates MIDI/CD orchestrations for many popular Willis publications including the Teaching Little Fingers to Play supplementary series and the John Thompson Popular Piano Series. He has conducted clinics throughout the United States and Australia, sharing with teachers his effective jazz pedagogy techniques.
